ENH: Include snippet for error propagation to backend

In choras-org/backend#107 support for propagating error messages to the backend was implemented.
Documentation how to use it is added in choras-org/CHORAS@4700c8a

We should also add the snippet from the docs (choras-org/CHORAS@4700c8a) to the template in cli.py
