Request: CEI with Master/Sub

Problems/Solutions/Requests:

• CEI does not work with master/subs - UIDs are the native/subproject, so they are duplicated in the dataset
• Many users rely on a calculated Proj-UID or the like, allow selection of it
• Some users rely on a non-calculated Proj-UID or the like, allow selection of it, but ensure true uniqueness at runtime
• where else will this affect the metrics (search for cpt-cei.adtg)?

Todo:

• assign this issue
• assign issue type (Bug, Feature, Task)
• label the issue with codemodule (so fixes can be aggregated and hotfixed together)
• checkout appropriate branch and create topic branch
• design, code and test
• update codemodule <cpt_version>x.y.z</cpt_version>
• update CurrentVersions.xml manually
• commit message should begin with Issue #XXX -
• commit the change(s)
• merge topic into appropriate branch(es) and push
• delete topic branch
