Group ticker sits under content

My group ticker sits under the normal content. It is briefly visible between two pieces on content and you can see a small portion of it sticking out under the normal content, but it is not really visible. Seems some z-index issue or something.

Which version of software are you using, in 3.x.x, few cases video always played on top. Have you tried hardware ticker option under Ticker settings?

I assume you mean the player software? That's 3.3.0. Setting the ticker to hardware has the same result.
