[Bug]: current time widget on community doesn't update, only refreshes on page reload

Issue

The time doesn't change if you stay on the page, and once you reload it does. So, the time is not dynamic. This is the widget that lies below chat with the podman community.

Location: the URL is https://podman.io/community

Steps to reproduce:

• load the page, note the time shown
• wait a couple of minutes, without reloading the time hasn't moved
• reload the page and now it shows a different (roughly current) time

Expected behavior: it's labeled "Current Time," so it should update on its own, not require a manual reload to become accurate.
