There are numerous issues in the DAT reader / writer.
The goal is to completely save and be able to load again the state of a data class in nuclearzier with the dat format.
This is not achieved globally (e.g. missing info in MReadOutAssembly, and the versioning is broken and does not include .
Is also need to be named consistently StreamDat() & ParseDat() - not just Parse()
We need this soonish for more advanced unit tests and other tests.
