PHP 8.2 Support

Hi all,

We've started using PHP 8.2 in our development lately and want to bring our CraftCMS websites up to the latest language version out there. Is there any plan to bring in a php-fpm 8.2 docker image any time soon?

PHP 8.1 active support ends in 3 months; I opened a pull request for 8.2 🤞 #82
Even got lucky with the Github PR numbering! 🚀
