Maintainer: publish GitHub Action to Marketplace on next release

v0.6.2 is a public composite Action at repo root but is not on GitHub Marketplace (listing 404).

Marketplace publish is a checkbox on the GitHub Release UI after accepting Marketplace ToS. It cannot be done from gh release after the fact.

On the next tag/release:

1. Open https://github.com/cucuwang/aeoptimize/releases/new
2. Accept GitHub Marketplace ToS if prompted
3. Tick Publish this Action to the GitHub Marketplace
4. Keep Action name unique: aeoptimize Content Readiness Check
5. Do not change scoring or default advisory mode

Until then, users pin uses: cucuwang/aeoptimize@v0.6.2.
