When the original questions were made, our thoughts were very Christmas-oriented. However, we decided this event should just run for the whole of December, which de-couples it a bit from that particular holiday.
Go through the questions and if some stand out that could be converted away from Santa/elves/Christmas and moved more towards winter/penguins/snow then create an issue and convert it. That should hopefully allow us to have a bit more diversity in the questions and not be quite so tied to that theme.
