Allow rich text on notes

Currently notes only support plain text.

• Change notes the text prompt to support:

  • Markdown text (check MarkdownTextBlock from Community Toolkit)
  • Attach images
  • Attach sound (record from microphone)

• Change the Note control to render different type of content (images, sound, links...)
