Integrate terminal no connection

I have MyPos Go2 terminal, and actived my terminal device.

I tried to integrate my terminal, follow the guide of GitHub - developermypos/myPOS-SDK-dotNET: myPOS SDK .NET enabling to integrate Apps with myPOS Card Terminals for Card Payments processing

I wanted to connect with the terminal, use "COM3" as Com port,'

But do not get the connection, then I change USB Driver as "USBDriver_v2.26_20190508", it still doesn't work.

It shows erorr on the picture. Is there anyone, who have experience and know how to solve the problem(change the device model, config or some driver )?

Hi there.
I am not from MyPOS support but I also had this problem and fixed it by changing the terminal profile to "Cash Register" in the settings.
When you do that, the terminal will reboot and ask you how you will be iteracting with the device (via Bluetooth or USB) and you will be able to properly communicate with the device.

I wish they made this clear in the documentation.

In newer firmwares the option for "Cash register" is gone, the last known to me firmware that has that option is 4.13.5K . Without setting the device in "Cash register" mode we are completely unable to communicate USB with the device.
