Website out of date

The website needs to be updated to reflect some of the recent changes to the project:

• New versions
• Change note about where the latest builds are

Ideally we can create a script that automatically updates some of the latest details from the main repo - or maybe we can make the main repo compile to a website as well? (Get rid of this repo?)

I think we should just delete this website. There's nothing here that isn't better addressed directly in the main repo readme.md

As in turn the Readme.md from the main repo into a website or turn it off altogether? It seems that URL exists in a lot of places. At a minimum it should redirect to GH?

I have updated SourceForge to point to the main repo. I think the website could just redirect to the repo as we have the downloads there, and the readme.md says pretty much everything the single page website page does.

I have no problem with the official URL being https://github.com/dfu-programmer/dfu-programmer
