Goal

Let's investigate how we can implement a healtcheck endpoint
and what information this one should return

An API endpoint which

• use a special bearer
• connect to database
• do some general query on it (count tables, count the users in user table maybe, etc)
• return in JSON format the duration of the database query
• return a 200 OK and the JSOn payload

Expanable, to allow an external API healtcheck call to measure the APi health
