Enable `FastRoute` caching?

@arhimede During the development of Dotkernel Light I noticed that mezzio/mezzio-fastroute provides route caching functionality.
We should enable it in all our projects:

• Frontend
• Admin
• API

In Dotkernel Light it is already implemented.

If we can implement is in Production only
when the project is in development, to not be enabled
