Summary

Let's create a tutorial about how to integrated Doctrine into a Mezzio application

1. @bidi47 : an article for the Mezzio 101 series on getlaminas.org
2. @Howriq a tutorial for Dotkernel Light how to add doctrine and other mandatory packages ( ramsey)
3. @Howriq a "book" tutorial with CRUD operation on DK Light

Mostly we need this in order to have a simple test case for UUID and ENUM integration for Mariadb and PostgreSQL
