Ruby Syntax Highlighting broken

On Dracula & Dracula Pro :

• Methods should have their own color
• Named parameters & default arguments should be a different color from each other
• Hash symbols / keys & values should be a different color from each other
• Named Parameters and Hash symbols should have a different color

Was supposed to be fixed with #250 but the issues still remain

Hey 👋🏻 Josh, I tried to solve this yesterday, but it's a really tricky problem. 😅

Spinel-like themes are explicitly designed for Ruby files, while Dracula is more general. I was successful, but I had to make significant changes, which ultimately affected the syntax highlighting of other languages and deviated significantly from what our spec expected.

For now, I'll leave this open, given that the tokens we use for Ruby-specific syntax highlighting could be improved. However, even with LSP extensions, it's not 100% accurate. 🤔
