cpp: evaluate dynamic code analysis tools

Currently a set of tools for dynamic code analysis on the basis of gcc including memcheck was selected.
It shall be evaluated if the llvm tools provide a better analysis:

clang --> asan
clang --> tsan
clang --> ubsan
clang --> msan
