…27349 Add Claude Code GitHub Workflow
The archived pre-implementation sketches (MARKET_DATA_DESIGN.md, MARKET_INTERFACE.md, MARKET_SIMULATOR.md, MASSIVE_API.md, MARKET_DATA_REVIEW.md) are entirely superseded by the as-built docs already at the top of planning/ (MARKET_INTERFACE.md, MARKET_SIMULATOR.md, MASSIVE_API.md, MARKET_DATA_SUMMARY.md), so nothing needed to move over. Updated the "supersedes" notes and CLAUDE.md's pointer that referenced the archive path.
