Problem with installing pymangle on Mac OS 12.2.1 intel

I'm trying to install pymangle on my machine but I get an error. I tried using pip and direct installation using the setup.py but every time I get the same error.

I think I solved the problem myself. Install the latest version of Xcode on your Mac before installing pymangle.
