Is this library still being developed?

Hi. I am considering to package this library for Debian, and wonder if it is still being developed? I need to set up a django service with signed http request, and this seem like a good alternative.

I've created https://bugs.debian.org/901350. to begin the process of getting a Debian package.

For the record, the version available from https://github.com/ahknight/drf-httpsig/ might be a better alternative, as it seem to track httpsig closer and avoid a few of the issues listed here.
