Add Copy As Code dialog

Add dialog to copy current selection as specific code with preview and with options like:

• numerical base: 2, 8, 10, 16
• option to include zeros
• spacing between codes: no space, space, comma
• specify number of codes per line
• optionally: include templates for some typical programming languages, for example: byte[] data = { 0x01, 0x02 }
