LLVM15 no longer exists on the AUR for installing required dependencies

As said in the title, It is nearly impossible to install the dependencies required for blur on arch as LLVM15 is deprecated and no AUR package for it exists.

Blur version (e.g. 1.8): v2.45
OS (e.g. Windows 11): Arch Linux
