How to Add a Preview Option to the Main Menu

We need to add a preview option directly to the main menu instead of having to run the command Markdown Preview: Preview in Browser every time to preview markdown files. This is very inconvenient.
Even better, I would like a preview pane to automatically open whenever I open a markdown file. That would be much more convenient. Thanks.

Sublime doesn't have a a built-in webbrowser that makes viewing Markdown great. It has a very limited minihtml engine which can't show everything. For instance, tables cannot be rendered in Sublime's minihtml, so a preview pane is simply not possible. There is/was autoreload support for updating the preview in a browser automatically, but I think maybe the autoreload approach used may not work anymore. You can always refresh the browser page and it should update, but yes, that is not exactly ideal. A more solid solution would be nice.
