refdb_clean_seq_crop_primers arguments names

in `refdb_clean_seq_crop_primers` the arguments are names `max_error_in` and `max_error_out`. I assume it's the same arguments as in `refdb_filter_seq_primer` where they are called `max_error_forward` and `max_error_reverse`?
