[Bug] GPX track appears to have offset, need to debug coordinate calculation and map alignment

Description

The GPX track display appears to have an offset issue. There seems to be a mismatch between the coordinate calculation and the map alignment.

Expected Behavior

GPX tracks should display accurately aligned with the underlying map.

Actual Behavior

GPX tracks appear to be offset from their correct position on the map.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load a GPX file in the application
2. Observe the track positioning on the map
3. Notice the offset between the track and expected geographic location
