FPS panel bugged

When you press F6 to show the FPS panel, this key shows both the time table and the yellow "handbrake-at-start" message box.
If you press F6 again, just the FPS panel disappears, the other ones still visible.
THe time table will be updated when you pass the time split positions.

The image sequence shows:

1. yellow message box at start
2. released the handbrake, the yellow box disappear
3. pressed F6
4. pressed F6 again, FPS panel disappear, the other panels not
5. time table updated at time split position
