Declarative membership is now active, but it was built on existing teams in our Gardener org.
In this case, the gardener/docforge repository is only assigned one team documentation-maintainers with role maintain:

We plan to harmonize those GitHub teams and roles with #32, but at the moment, the request above can't be fulfilled as there is no owner role defined.
