Would you consider to include the PortNumber in the export and installation? I'm in the situation that a printserver is using different queues regarding the used port number. As a workaround I added the parameter -PortNumber myself in the install script.
Add-PrinterPort -name $portName -PrinterHostAddress $PrinterIP -PortNumber 9993
