unorm license is non-standard

https://deps.dev/npm/unorm licence is listed as non-standard.

Its package.json uses

"license": "MIT or GPL-2.0",

https://spdx.org/licenses/GPL-2.0.html is deprecated, but that shouldnt make it non-standard.

Github only shows "View license" which suggests maybe it cant detect it either.

Is walling/unorm#52 the problem?

Hi John, thanks for reporting this!

I believe that we do show deprecated license identifiers, e.g. https://deps.dev/go/badc0de.net%2Fpkg%2Fgo-tibia which displays GPL-2.0 rather than non-standard.

The issue it looks like is that we expect operators to always be uppercased, e.g. AND, OR, WITH, but the SDPX spec version 3.0 onwards allows for lowercased operators: https://spdx.github.io/spdx-spec/v3.0.1/annexes/spdx-license-expressions/#case-sensitivity:~:text=of%20the%20expression.-,Case%20sensitivity,-License%20expression%20operators.

Should be fixed if you check https://deps.dev/npm/unorm again. We'll issue a bulk refresh to correct all other instances of this issue.
