Can you package a .net version of the jpegli library?

I want to use C# .net to call the jpegli library. Can you encapsulate a .net version of the library? Thank you very much!

I think creating a .NET wrapper is a non-trivial task and my gut feeling is that this might not be in the scope of jpegli itself (I'm not affiliated with jpegli in any way though).

I also think it'd be great to be able to use jpegli in the .NET ecosystem. You could +1 saucecontrol/PhotoSauce#109 as that would effectively make jpegli available on .NET and the chances that this happens are probably higher than the jpegli team maintaining a .NET wrapper...
