Joining issues IOS and notification issues general

The research team and I want to use the Paco app, but run into several issues which we cannot solve.
Firstly, IOS users are not able to join the experiment. They do not receive an invitation in the app. Opposite to the android users, who do receive an invitation.

Secondly, some of the android users who joined the experiment do receive notifications, while others don't. They do not receive a pop-up on their phone, but can only fill in the survey if they actively open it themselves.
