• Fix collection-order blockers in Fly naming, deployment evidence paths/privacy, memory-monitor lifecycle, real GC statistics, provider discovery, and PID-dependent unit fixtures.
• Local deterministic suite: 7,752 passed, 19 skipped, 5 xpassed, 104 warnings; 19,761/22,409 lines = 88.1833%.
• Canonical-branch focused verification: 365 passed; gh-aw compile 0 errors/0 warnings; Python/TOML/YAML/whitespace checks passed.
• Exact-head GitHub CI, Coverage, PostgreSQL, CodeQL, Security, Secret Scan, Dependency Review, and gh-aw Validation pass on 1bec829a0c144a6a774d3a60eb8be829c70018f0.
• GitHub Coverage run 29907936675: 7,752 passed, 19 skipped, 5 xpassed; 22,409 statements at 88.2146%; 2,020,012-byte artifact 8524764280 uploaded with LCOV/JSON/HTML.
• PostgreSQL failure on the superseded head was traced to a global pytest timeout option without the plugin; timeout is now scoped to owned CI/Coverage commands, and plugin-disabled collection finds all 16 PostgreSQL integration tests.
• Current-head review evidence is complete and every valid finding is resolved.
• Dedicated CODEX_API_KEY and least-privilege GitHub App write canary are authorized before activation beyond read-only/manual mode.
• PR fix(ci): make coverage and gh-aw canary authoritative #927 remains draft until all applicable gates pass.
