ListenToThisArticle placeholder component

Request from Harry in EdDesign:

Can I request on interactive articles that you add a placeholder "ListenToThisArticle" component when viewing articles in Preview? Currently this element is only added post launch and so it's hard to us to test the positioning once we have added our styling

One other request would be to check it has a data-gu-name attribute so we can target it if we need to
