Can the football "big match special" endpoint be deleted?

There's an API endpoint and code for it https://github.com/guardian/frontend/blob/main/sport/conf/routes#L75

It was introduced in this PR guardian/frontend#4249

The big match special tool in admin was disabled 8 years ago and therefore should be safe to remove:
