OpenASO 0.4.5 does not start anymore

I just updated from 0.4.0 to 0.4.5.

When I start it, it takes forever/the UI does not show. The app icon bounces for a while and then stops. I can then only force close the app.

Seems like it was the DB migration. I let the process continue running for an hour in the background and now it's done. Should probably first open the UI and then show a progress bar for the DB migration.
