[Question] What is the release plan for the next version after 4.2.0(April 23)?

It has been a few months since version 4.2.0 was released on April 23.
Are there any plans or timelines for the next release?
I am asking because we are eager to pull in the recent onnxruntime-web fixes and optimizations.
