Small issue i've noticed with the latest firmware of the hub. When connecting a device to charge (in this case, the CMF phone 2 pro) before turning on the FixHub, the devices will negotiate a 5V link, rather than using PPS to use 9V. This also causes the phone to draw <100mA. I will note that before PPS was implemented, this was also the case.
If you unplug and re-plug the cable after turning the fixhub on (and PPS wasnt being used), they will negotiate properly, and in my case, negotiate 9V and pull 2.6A, to charge quickly.
I'm using the cable that came with the hub, and this happens on my other cables as well.
If you'd like any more info, let me know.
