Supply the missing ordinary non-fork OpenAI UTC references required by #23 and feed them through the aggregate-only validation harness without committing private account totals.
Acceptance
- include multiple finalized ordinary days with little or no fork activity
- load references only from an explicit untracked file
- compare legacy and selected lineage error per day
- fail closed when ordinary references are absent, provisional, duplicated, or malformed
- retain percentage-only public artifacts
- do not treat repeated runs of the same frozen corpus as independent evidence
