borderless minecraft and ontopreplica don't seem to like each other

Borderless minecraft is borderless but once interacted with, pushes all overlays to the background (context: i am trying to watch a show on vlc while playing).

As we chatted about on Discord, this sounds like normal stacked window behavior. Can you test with the default launcher just to be sure?
