Understanding pre-processing

Hi,

I've setup dependencies and downloaded SMPL and FLAME models, however I don't fully understand the proceprocessing steps.

From what I gather, I need to:

• setup IMAvatar (and all it's dependencies)
  • setup DECA
  • (potentially setup INSTA too ?)
• setup Robust Video Matting
• somehow replace ModNet with RVM ?

Can you please provide a more detailed step by step guide ?

hi，did you training the instant data successfully? can you give me some advice ,cas when I start training instant data , where is a error occured that it is said "can not find camera.pkl file' which was not mentioned in README. where I can get it? @orgicus
