Options Support in "sudo ip link set" Command

• "sudo ip link set" command with listen-only option returns operation not supported error as seen below.
  sudo ip link set can0 type can bitrate 500000 listen-only on
  RTNETLINK answers: Operation not supported

• Support this option in ValueCAN series and Fire3 for Ubuntu OS.
