New Image for Ubuntu 24.04 is available

The image is available here.

• Ubuntu 24.04 preinstalled derived from Raspbery Pi
• Kernel 6.8.8 - the first one working as debian packages 😁

There is still some work to do regarding kernel install as debian package, but this should come soon-ish.

Image for X13s (there are people who have these) is available here.
Also, this debian packages workflow is evolving. The same package works on both (wdk and x13s) as long as flash-kernel is installed. It is not, it was a problem until now. On x13s you can just install it, the x13s gets recognized and knows how to install the dtb for grub. On the wdk you need to add these files first into /etc/flash-kernel (needs to be created with root permissions). Also, the kernel with the highest rev needs to have an avilable dtb file for flash-kernel to install successfully, you can put it into /etc/flash-kernel/dtbs/.

To create debian packages, the most direct way is:

1. Install debhelper
2. make -j8 devkit_defconfig
3. make -j8 bindeb-pkg - the packages will be written one directory level up from the repository.
4. move the packages to a directory where they reside alone, e.g. ~/src/kernel
5. sudo dpkg -i *.deb

This should make all this kernel updating stuff way easier. I think it would be useful to have an install option for direct-to EL2, too. Thinking about it.
