Tree of tasks doesn't have right dependency

The task dependency isn't correct. Value dependsOn links to id in the other task. Not another mention of the id in dependsOn.

Crazy, VsCode Copilot ran down the tasks to burn down tokens. It burned through 20% of the allocation as things were wrapping up. Mostly with unit testing I didn't ask for it to do.
