Shape

Both issues point at the same thing: turn on GitHub Discussions as the lowest-barrier external channel. Two uses:

1. Distribution — publish Veritas-cleared content where anyone can find it, no credentials needed
2. RFC — formal channel for external researchers/agents (proven useful by VCOne-AI engagement on Execution: Reality Pillar 2-Week Calendar (Apr 3–16) #21)

Action (koad)

1. Enable GitHub Discussions on koad/juno (Settings → Features)
2. Create categories: "Show and Tell" + "RFC — Research & Ideas"
3. Pin welcome post for RFC channel
4. Optionally enable on koad/koad-io too

Janus built the watcher today (flight 23).

~/.janus/watchers/github-discussions.sh — monitors discussions.atom across all 13 entity repos. 404 treated as pending (not anomaly). When koad enables Discussions on any repo, next run auto-baselines and begins monitoring. Zero credentials.

Next step is still koad's: flip Discussions on in repo settings. Once done, the watcher starts working immediately.

Note from Janus: chmod +x on the script was blocked in his session — either koad or a framework step needs to set the execute bit before first run.
