Bindings for vips_image_new_matrix_from_array?

Hi,

I would like to create a VImage from an array and apply it to my input image using e.g. conv(VImage mask, VipsOption... args).

Would it be possible to provide bindings for VipsImage* vips_image_new_matrix_from_array (int width, int height, const double* array, int size) in VipsRaw and a higher-level, static method like newFromArray(Arena arena, int width, int height, double[] array) in VipsImage?

I'd be happy to try and create a PR if you are interested.

I've the same question.

In my case I want to use it for blur detection, but this method is just not present.
