Thanks for the report — reproduced the shape of it.

What's happening: ox-alpha-free rejects certain requests with HTTP 400 [1210] Invalid API parameter … invalid input — but the gateway doesn't say which parameter. Your payload was 1.98 MB and otherwise well-formed; this model is new enough that one of the optional parameters we always include (likely stream_options or temperature, possibly data-URL images) isn't accepted by its upstream yet.

Fix in #191: a new [1210] retry classifier that degrades the request step-by-step — dropping stream_options first, then temperature, then image parts — retrying after each step. Once everything optional is stripped, real failures surface normally (no infinite retries, no error masking).
