[BUG] Infinate looping for Big Pickle

🐛 What happened?

During the midpoint of operation it had 50% chance to loop forever with the same phrase

🔄 Steps to reproduce

1. give it complicated git repo
2. tell it to automate difficult task
3. loop

✅ What did you expect?

the agent should finish the task and not loop forever
