LEDs (XRV) don't turn on when board is initialized

Problem description

On v 1.2.2. when OW XR (XRV ADV200 hw) is turned on, the LED strips (front and back) stay inactive despite enabled in Refloat cfg. However they present the "ON" state to the apps so apps think they are ON.

• If lights are manually turned off and on again with a button in Float Control or Vesc app, they start working.
• When I turn off the Refloat package LEDs start working.
• Whenever custom shaping profile is applied the lights turn ON.
• When anywhere in Refloat cfg, even if I don't change any value, as soon as I press WRITE, the lights turn on

Seems like a timing issue with the turn on command to LCM.

In Refloat 1.1.1. (tested with previous package and 1.1.1. config) it works OK.

Currently Running VESC 7.0, XRV, Refloat 1.2.2., 18s2p (ISC).

Thanks for the report, already got some for 1.3 but didn't know 1.2.2 suffers from this as well, should be much easier to find it on 1.2.2.

I originally reported this issue on 1.3. This morning I confirmed it on 1.2.2.

@twanawan have you experienced any issues with Bluetooth connectivity after installing 1.2.2?

I not only lost LEDs on my PintV kit but also Bluetooth connectivity. That said, Bluetooth does work for about 1 second after powering on your board, I found the only way to connect to VESC tool was to scan BLE and to press connect immediately once the board appears in the VESC tool at power on. It worked best on my iPhone than on my PC, but even then, the connection was only successful half the time. But once you're connect you can uninstall the package or roll back to 1.2.1 if you'd like

@klxz79 No issues whatsoever with BT in my case. No difference between 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.2 or 1.2.2, all work well in terms of BT connectivity.
