PyPi package is still 0.5.0

Any reason that the pypi package is not upgraded? It cost me some time when it would not generate a wathen matrix for me.

Apologies. No reason other than pypi sort of fell under the radar for me. (As you might imagine, it is a very lightly used package seeing as how the last time I updated pypy was in 2018). Fixed now for the next person. Thanks for reporting.
