Acceptance criteria

• The Recording settings tab appears higher in the settings navigation hierarchy.
• Settings navigation order remains clear and usable across responsive layouts.
• Add or update browser/UI test coverage for the relevant user flow.
• Solution tests pass before the issue is marked ready for user verification.
