Decide what happens to the untracked files in docs/deep-research/ #70

Description

@martymcenroe

Problem

Four files sit untracked under docs/deep-research/. They have been there long enough to be described as parked in a session handoff, and no session has decided anything about them, so each one inherits them as unexplained working-tree state.

They are research notes and prompts to do with positioning and with an earlier procurement question. This repository is public, so committing them is a publishing decision, not a filing decision — it is not the sort of thing to do incidentally while tidying git status.

Wanted

A decision, one way or the other:

  • Move them to the private planning repo, which is where work of this kind belongs, or
  • Keep them local and untracked deliberately, recorded somewhere so future sessions stop wondering, or
  • Commit any that are genuinely fine to publish.

Notes

Filed only so the decision exists as a task. The substance of the decision, and the files themselves, should be handled where that material normally lives rather than discussed in this repository's issues.
